What is Trade School 2.0?
It is a software-enabled workforce institution that does three things end to end: assess candidates for aptitude and fit, train them to measured, production-ready competency, and deploy them into real roles. The output is an operator who can do the work on day one — the equivalent of five-plus years on the job — produced in under a year.
How is it different from a traditional trade school?
The moment a traditional trade school plugs into Title IV federal aid, it inherits the university incentive structure: it gets paid to enroll students, so it optimizes for seats filled. Trade School 2.0 flips the objective — it is measured on the operators it produces and deploys, with employers, not teenagers, carrying the risk.

How does it work?
Three stages, all measured. Assess for aptitude and eligibility (including US-Person status for defense work). Train on real production work with competence verified directly rather than by hours logged. Deploy production-ready. Who is it for, and what roles does it train?
Two audiences. Companies rebuilding America's industrial base — defense, semiconductors, energy, advanced manufacturing — that can't hire enough skilled operators (see manufacturing workforce development). And candidates who want a high-paying skilled career without a four-year degree. The roles: machinists, metal fabricators and welders, and industrial technicians and operators — the production-floor jobs binding American reindustrialization.
